Woven with Joy

You knit me together in my mother’s womb.” — Psalm 139:13

Every child is woven by God. Carefully and intentionally, God forms each life with purpose and beauty that the world may not always fully understand, but Heaven sees clearly.

Sometimes the world measures value by ability or milestones, but God does not measure hearts that way.

He sees worth.
He sees beauty.
He sees beloved children created in His image.

A special needs child is not a mistake in the tapestry of life, but one of God’s precious threads woven with extraordinary care. Their lives often teach the deepest lessons about unconditional love, patience, compassion, perseverance, and joy.

Psalm 139 reminds us that before our sweet Joy ever took a breath, God already knew every detail — every challenge, every strength, every smile, and every moment that would require grace.

And still, He said:
“This child is wonderfully made.”

To love and care for a special needs child is to witness glimpses of God’s faithful love — a love that stays, protects, and celebrates every small victory.

This child is valued.
This child is cherished.
This child is deeply loved by God.

And through every joyful laugh, every hard day, and every milestone, the Lord continues weaving a masterpiece of grace.
